FIRST AID / MEDICAL PROVISION
There will be a strong presence from our medical providers at various points along both routes and in Southgate Park near the Start / Finish. If at any time during the race you feel unable to continue, please stop, rest and locate the nearest marshal.
Medical teams will be on hand around the course as well as at the start and finish areas. The medical tent will be situated near the finish line and run-off area.
It is vital that you ensure the medical information on the back of your runner number has been completed. It is your responsibility to inform the organisers if you have any special medical conditions.
It is our intention wherever possible to keep the roads open to minimise inconvenience and disruption for local residents and businesses. A number of small part-road and junction closures will apply for short periods on a rolling basis. This means that the section of road or junction will be re-opened immediately after the last runner passes through to allow free flow of traffic.
